Alwar Branch of CIRC of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is one of the best performing branches of the Central Region, having more than 700 Chartered Accountants as its members and more than 1200 CA Students. Out of the total registered members, more than 150 members are in practice and rest are in service or engaged in other occupation. The branch with the remarkable support of its members has its owned multipurpose building for the benefit of its members and students.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is a statutory body established under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (Act No. XXXVIII of 1949) for the regulation of the profession of Chartered Accountants in India. Since inception, ICAI has achieved recognition as a premier accounting body not only in the country but also globally, for its contribution in the fields of education, professional development, maintenance of high accounting, auditing and ethical standards. ICAI now is the second largest accounting body in the world.
The function of Alwar Branch of ICAI include holding Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Refresher Courses, Study Circle Meetings, Training Programmes, Certificate Courses, Residential Refresher Courses, Awareness Program for public, GMCS Classes, ITT Classes, Orientation Programme, Coaching Classes, Cultural Activity, Sports Activities, Contest, Debate, Quiz & other programs for professional interest with a view to help the members as well as students keep themselves abreast of the development in the fast changing scenario.
