The office of central india regional council (circ) is situated at kanpur having 39 branches, 8 CPE chapters, and 35 CPE study groups. It consists of 7 states viz. UP, Uttaranchal, MP, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, jharkhand and rajasthan.
